

We send a newsletter to our customers four times a year because we've learned that doing our best for our customers involves good communication. We want to inform our customers about everything we can provide for them - from new and used vehicles to three separate service facilities to a state-of-the-art collision center. But the purpose of our newsletter goes beyond telling our customers all about us. We also want to hear from our customers. The response card we send with every newsletter makes it easy for them to tell us what they like about doing business with us and also the areas where we need to improve.
